Your calls are very important to us so, rather than using an answering service, a knowledgeable MAJOR AIR employee will always answer your call. On an emergency call, night or day, there will be a mechanic on your site within two hours, if the call is within the Greater Toronto Area. If a service call is received in the morning, if necessary, a mechanic can be in New York, Bermuda, or British Columbia, by that evening or, at the latest, the next morning.
